I launched and produced the IACP Award-Nominated Kitchen Confidence video series for Food52. The videos in this series include helpful tips for cooking, baking, and entertaining. Some videos in the series feature special guests including Dorie Greenspan, Tamar Adler, Heidi Johannsen Stewart of Bellocq Tea Atelier, and the Maniac Pumpkin Carvers.
